our receptionists are the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our front-of-house operations
what you’ll be doing…
- greeting and welcoming clients in a warm and friendly manner
- handling client inquiries, appointments and payments
- maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- providing administrative support as needed
- ensuring excellent customer service at all times
what we’re looking for…
- previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent time management and organisational abilities
- professional, discreet and reliable
- ability to work well in a team environment
- proficiency in using standard office equipment and software
- availability throughout school holidays preferred
- non-judgemental, open-minded, female* – over 18 years of age
