our receptionists are the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our front-of-house operations

 

what you’ll be doing…

  • greeting and welcoming clients in a warm and friendly manner
  • handling client inquiries, appointments and payments
  • maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
  • providing administrative support as needed
  • ensuring excellent customer service at all times

 

what we’re looking for…

  • previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • professional, discreet and reliable
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • proficiency in using standard office equipment and software
  • availability throughout school holidays preferred
  • non-judgemental, open-minded, female* – over 18 years of age
