I noted with interest the recent feedback from a long standing customer, and your response. As a long term and regular visitor my self, it prompted me to provide you with a little feedback as well.
I could praise BODYROTIC all day, and have done so quite often in the past. But hopefully you won’t mind me making an improvement suggestion. It may be just my impression, but for some reason the small room at the Parramatta Road end of the building (is it room 20?) just doesn’t feel comfortable to me. It’s probably just a personal thing that no-one else would be concerned about, but I think it’s the room colour (aqua-green) that puts me off a bit. I know it’s only a small thing Sophie, but I really don’t enjoy that room.
Having said that, I do like every other room, and I have been fortunate enough to have been in them all.
With regards to your comment about a customer loyalty program, my reward has come from seeing my favourite girls and getting to know them and appreciate their wonderful qualities and personalities. That’s more than enough for me.

That would be Room 22 – funny how that room polarises opinion, some clients love it, others feel uncomfortable…
I trust that if you let your masseuse or our receptionist know they would happily move to another room. We aim to please 🙂
