Your ‘distress’ and ‘extreme disappointment’ is, to say the least, exceptionally confusing.

I was a little distressed to just find out my feedback of Dakota on Tue 19/04/2016 is live on your website without my permission. I thought the feedback would be passed onto her and nothing more. It even contains my initial and city! I was under the impression my privacy was something assured with your company so I am extremely disappointed by this. Dakota is great and I can appreciate the need for feedback but there is too much information in the message about me and I definitely didn’t consent to this.
