This is L, I visited BODYROTIC for the first time as a walk-in client approximately 1 month ago and travel from ‘Xxxxxxxxx’ (a couple of hours out of Sydney).
I travel to Sydney as there are many venues, both erotic massage and brothels to visit, who don’t mandate the viewing of client medical records**.
As BODYROTIC seems to be a minority who requires this, I can’t complain about the service as there wasn’t any. In return my money was spent elsewhere.
The receptionist requested to view my medical records** in a time where it’s no longer mandated. I failed to provide this and was asked to leave.
Generally at any other places, the ladies perform a health check on the client before services can proceed.
I even asked your receptionist which is the best way to leave with no argument. I have no time for people or businesses who support the government.

You may not be aware that businesses “… may choose to refuse entry to unvaccinated people…” [refer: https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/business/guidance/covid-19-vaccinations-and-businesses#toc-refusing-unvaccinated-people-entry]
Your statement that “… I have no time for people or businesses who support the government…” does seem to be formed without any real consideration of BODYROTIC’s reasoning behind our position – maybe even myopic, obtuse and more than a little self-centred?
Consider this: all people are well within their rights to decline vaccination, or choose not to present evidence of being vaccinated (your body, your choice!, which BODYROTIC supports absolutely). I would ask that perhaps you consider that BODYROTIC also has the right to make difficult decisions in the interest of those for whom we are responsible, and not just toe the line along with the majority of other businesses!?
BODYROTIC takes very seriously our obligation to maintain a safe environment for our clients, masseuses and staff.

Note that we enforce these conditions of entry universally: clients, masseuses, receptionists, management, cleaning staff, delivery staff, et al.
You have the right to disagree – and also have the right to voice your opinion, but please respect BODYROTIC also have these exact same rights! I trust you understand that we also have a very real responsibility to thousands of clients, and hundreds of masseuses and staff.
We are simply doing the best we can in somewhat novel and difficult circumstances.
